Diet & Exercise alone aren’t going to give you the results you want. But I know what WILL.
I know you’re out there: You’ve tried so many diets, been to different doctors, tired & frustrated with putting in so much work while seeing minimal results. I know how it feels, cause I’ve been there too!
You NEED a different approach. A focus on doing something comprehensive not just “another thing”.
Here are the 5 areas of health that most people neglect:

Mindset: Do you REALLY think you can succeed? Or are you feeling guilty or don’t think you can ever reach your goals? Do you have a negative self image & low confidence? You must break down those self limiting beliefs & negative mindset-your body follows what the mind tells it!
Sleep: Rest is a nutrient our body needs. Sleep deprivation will increase your risk of weight gain, hinder weight loss or any sort of change in body composition, not to mention make you cranky & fatigued.
Gut Health: The microbiome in your gut affects your hormones, brain function, mood, energy, and obviously digestion. An unhealthy digestive tract is associated with obesity, chronic illness, depression & anxiety and autoimmune disorders.
Hormones: Your thyroid, adrenals, sex hormones, blood sugar, and cortisol all affect your metabolism, energy, performance & body composition. Without healthy hormones you will be SPINNING YOUR WHEELS.
Stress Levels: This big ugly pink elephant in the room no one wants to discuss! Chronic stress (environmental, chemical, mental, physical) raises inflammation, alters our hormone production, messes up our sleep & our attitudes, which ultimately affects our behaviors and our results.
