I am the owner of Finesse Fitness and self-proclaimed health and wellness fanatic, living in Cleveland Ohio with my husband and two little kids.

I wear many hats in the wellness space as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Functional Medicine Health Coach and Personal Fitness Trainer. My passion is helping women transform their health with functional medicine & habit-based plans & coaching.

I’m not your typical “weight loss” trainer.

I have specialized training in functional medicine, hormone health (including fertility support, thyroid health, perimenopause, menopause and beyond).
