The Power of Celery Juice

Celery is one of the most underrated yet powerful health foods! I started celery juicing at the beginning of the summer. I learned about all the of the benefits from “Medical Medium” Anthony William. I wanted to try it specifically to 1) experiment and see how it would affect my body 2) To help heal my hypothyroidism and balance my hormones.

Celery Juice Benefits:

✔High in anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial & anti-septic properties
✔Able to reverse & fight off pathogens, bacteria & viruses, making it ideal for those with autoimmune diseases such as Hashimotos, Scleroderma, Lupus & many more
✔Contains mineral salts, which has a host of benefits in the body. These salts improve nueron impulse activity, help to remove pathogens, & balance kidney & adrenal function. It aids in CNS functioning & the electrolytes balance the body on a cellular level.
✔Celery balances the pH & gut bacteria. It raises HCL in the stomach, helping the body digest, assimilate & absorb all food & nutrients optimally. Most people with underlying gut dysbiosis or digestive issues (acid reflux, bloating, gas, IBS symptoms) will find they have low stomach acid.

🌱Celery Juice has been shown to help many conditions (all are listed on Anthony’s site) Thyroid disorders, autoimmune diseases such as RA, psorasis, ezcema or other skin conditions, brain fog, ADD, anxiety & other mood disorders, migraines etc.

🌱Celery is an obvious Superfood! But now what?

It’s recommended to have 16 oz Celery Juice by itself (not mixed with other greens) on an empty stomach in the morning. I  personally started with 8oz, then increased to 16oz every morning.

I continued my normal supplements and protocol; Digestive enzymes (Gains in Bulk brand), Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning etc). The taste is very mild; I’d rather drink 16oz than take my 1oz of ACV 🤣 It “looks” worse than it tastes.

🌱What if I don’t have a juicer??
No worries! I I use my Ninja (or high powered blender) to blend and then strain into juice. I use a “nut milk bag” (bought from Amazon) to strain the juice from the pulp. Watch my video demo below!
I found that 1 bunch of celery makes approx 20oz.
