Chocolate Banana PB Shake

The best combination of flavors…! You could technically omit some of the ingredients and it would still be delicious!

Chocolate Banana…Chocolate PB…Banana PB…you get the point…

Makes 1 serving


  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I like unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1/3 to a 1/2 of a banana
  • 2 tbsp PB2 Flour OR 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Optional: nonfat greek yogurt + ice

Blend thoroughly and enjoy! This would be an ideal post-workout shake; the fast acting whey protein powder helps repair muscles and the banana provides healthy carbohydrates and nutrients like potassium to aid in energy and muscle recovery.
