Makes 1 serving
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup milk of choice (I like unsweetened almond milk)
- 1/3 to a 1/2 of a banana
- 2 tbsp PB2 Flour OR 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Optional: nonfat greek yogurt + ice
Blend thoroughly and enjoy! This would be an ideal post-workout shake; the fast acting whey protein powder helps repair muscles and the banana provides healthy carbohydrates and nutrients like potassium to aid in energy and muscle recovery.
