These 6-ingredient cookies are very easy and totally family approved! They have no refined sugar (using erythritol instead) are dairy, gluten and dairy free!

Feel free to use a grassfed whey protein in place of the vanilla bone broth, but note it won’t be dairy free.

Also make sure to pick an all natural peanut butter (where the ingredients only contain peanuts and/or salt) and skip the ones with the added sugar and hydrogenated oils!

INGREDIENTS: (Makes 25 cookies)

150g (about 2/3 cup) all natural organic peanut butter
2/3 cup granulated erythritol sweetener
1 whole free range organic egg

1 TB coconut flour (could possibly omit)
30g (about 1 scoop) vanilla grass fed bone broth protein (could omit)
1/2 tsp each baking soda & baking powder

DIRECTIONS:
Pre heat oven to 350F.
Combine peanut butter and egg in a large bowl; whisk well. Add the remaining dry ingredients & mix until fully combined (I used a wooden spoon).
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon out dough (I measured mine to 15grams each) and place evenly on sheet. They won’t spread too much, so form into desired shape and then press down with fork for a criss cross mark.

Bake 350F for 10 minutes. Let them cool for a few minutes before transferring.

Makes 25 cookies total, at approx. 15g each

NUTRITION for 1 cookie:

48 calories
2.7g protein
1.5g carbs (.5g fiber)
3.3g fat

TOTAL NUTRITION INFO:

1205 calories
67g protein
37g carbs (12g fiber 8g sugar)
83g fat
