Delicious breakfast, meal replacement, or post workout shake to enjoy. Even though the holiday season is upon us and we gravitate towards pumpkin, you can have this any time of the year!
1 cup milk of choice (I use unsweetened almond milk)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 heaping tsp of cinnamon ( you can add more if you would like)
1/2 tsp of each: nutmeg AND allspice
1/2 tsp vanilla or maple extract
Stevia-to taste (usually 1 packet or 1 tsp is sufficient)
Optional: 1/3-1/2 Greek yogurt for extra creaminess
Blend all together…then enjoy!
