PB&J Protein Shake

Peanut Butter and Jelly is always a great flavor combination…! Any type of berry will work as well. This makes a great meal replacement or post-workout shake 😉

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • handful of ice
  • 1 scoop (whey) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup fresh or frozen berries (I had blueberries)
  • 2 tbsp PB2 (peanut flour)

Optional:

  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese/Greek yogurt (makes it thick and creamy)
  • 1/2 tbsp all natural PB
  • 1 tbsp sugar free jam
  • Peanut Butter Extract (yes, it exists!)

Blend thoroughly and enjoy! 🙂
